Privacy policy.
This page explains what this website and our store collect, why, and what you can do about it.
1. What this website collects
This site is static. It sets no tracking cookies of its own, runs no advertising scripts and stores your cart and preferences only in your own browser's local storage, which never leaves your device unless you send it to us.
2. What the store collects
Purchases are handled by Tebex, which collects your email address, payment details, region and order history to process the transaction and deliver the files. We receive the order record and the licence details, not your card number.
3. What you send us directly
If you submit the quote form, use the Discord or email us, we keep what you send — name, Discord handle, server details, budget and project description — so we can quote and deliver the work.
4. How we use it
To deliver resources and updates, provide support, keep licence records, invoice custom work, and improve what gets built next. We do not sell or rent your data.
5. Third parties
Tebex (checkout and delivery), Discord (community and support) and our hosting provider process data on our behalf under their own policies.
6. Your controls
You can clear your cart and browser preferences at any time by clearing local storage for this site. For anything we hold about you, email us and ask for a copy or deletion, and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
8. Contact
Privacy requests go to support@juviedidit.com. We respond within 30 days.
Questions aboutyour data?
Ask in the Discord or email support. Anything we hold, we'll show you or delete on request.
