Terms of service.
These terms cover buying a Juvie Did It resource, hiring Juvie Did It for custom work, and using this website. Contact details are at the bottom of the page.
1. Who you are dealing with
Juvie Did It ("we", "us") sells digital FiveM resources and custom development services. Buying from this store means you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the server you represent.
2. Digital delivery and payment
Orders are processed by Tebex. Delivery is digital and immediate after payment confirmation. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any tax or platform fee your payment method or Tebex region applies.
3. Refunds
Because resources are delivered as files, sales are final once delivery succeeds. If a resource does not function as documented and we cannot resolve it, we will replace it or issue store credit. Chargebacks opened without contacting support first end update and support access.
4. Support scope
Support covers scripted defects in the resource as delivered. It does not cover framework incompatibilities you were warned about, third-party resource conflicts, or modifications you made to the code. Support is provided through the Discord; response times are targets, not guarantees.
5. Updates
Updates are provided for the life of the product and announced in the changelog. Major rewrites may be released as a new version with an upgrade path rather than a free replacement.
6. Custom work
Custom projects run on a written scope and staged payment. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. Delivered custom code is licensed to your server on final payment.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our resources in ways that break FiveM's terms of service, and not to resell, redistribute or leak them. We may revoke a licence and update access for breach.
8. Questions
Anything unclear in these terms — ask before you buy rather than after. Email support@juviedidit.com or open a ticket in the Discord.
Then let'sbuild.
Buying a script or commissioning work means you accept these terms. If anything reads wrong for your situation, ask first — it's cheaper than a dispute.
